Shoebox Appeal
Every month we will be collecting different items to be packed into shoe boxes and sent to Link to Hope for distribution. Any donation's will be greatly appreciated and can be bought to the Church.
March - Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Playing Cards, Cutlery
April - Hair Brushes and Combs, Tape measures, Gloves
May - Reading glasses/magnifying glass, Lavender Bags, small games,
June - Pens, Paper, coloured pencils, felt tips, crayons, rubbers, pencil sharpeners, note books.
July - Small soft toys (they need a CE mark so not homemade), Balls, hair scrunches and clips
August - Solar Calculators, Shampoo (less than 250 mls), Glove puppets
September - Warm hats, gloves, mittens and anything we are short of.
October - Wrapping paper, Help with box assembly and cash donations.
Everything has to be completed before 1st November and we hope to do 50 boxes again this year. Thank you for your continued support. Please look at their website for further information about all their projects. Over 26,000 boxes sent this year.
